NO OTHER IT COMPANY COMES CLOSE. Galileo provides consistent expertise to our IT solutions. Since their tech team is small and consistent, we don’t have to “start from scratch” with each new trouble ticket. Their experts know our IT infrastructure in and out and, when a problem arises, they can act quickly and efficiently. I know they’re only spending the time appropriate for the issue; not re-learning our set up.

A CRITICAL PARTNER FOR OVER 25 YEARS. Galileo Systems Group has been a valuable partner for us for over 25 years. They have helped steer us through many business and technology challenges. We can depend on them to be there in the event of problems and they have never let our business down. They have handled many disruptions that we could not resolve in a timely fashion with our existing staff. We’ve compared pricing with other providers and have found Galileo to more than competitive.

They take a strong position on backups and security and have kept us out of trouble in situations where we may not have realized the need for the change. Galileo provides a monitoring service that gives notice of issues often before we’re aware of them. The same service provides security software, patches, and provides remote access, greatly easing the load on our existing IT staff. We have had problems (such as ransomware attacks) prior to using these services, but those issues have largely been eliminated. Our is far more successful as a result of working with Galileo. I highly recommend using them.

Regarding Price for Services in this world. Once I separate the Good Guys from the Bad Guys… I have come to understand that a company can only provide what you are willing to pay for. In other words… There is always some company willing to charge you less, but a savvy buyer will realize they will also receive less. Less in service, response & reliability. Galileo’s pricing is reasonable and they provide an excellent product/service.

I can’t imagine any buyer or purchasing agent will get fired for selecting Galileo. I can’t imagine any business owner will ever regret his/her choice to select Galileo Systems Group to manage their IT.

I CAN’T BELIEVE HOW SMOOTHLY OUR NETWORK OVERHAUL WENT…With Windows 7 and Server 2008R2 quickly reaching end of life, we needed a significant systems upgrade. New workstations, a new server, and an email migration to Office 365 were all planned for and implemented by Galileo. We anticipated some downtime and outages as a result, however everything was implemented in a timely fashion with minimal impact to our organization. I can’t believe how smoothly our network overhaul went and we appreciate the excellent job!
